Fun at the Margaret Green Animal Rescue

Margaret Green Animal Rescue is a charity organisation devoted to rescue and rehome pets that have lost their homes due to change in circumstances or have been mistreated or abandoned.

Their main rescue centre is in Church Knowles, Wareham, Dorset. The charity was founded in 1965 by Margaret Green and today it is the home of up to 1200 animals each year, with the help of the other two centres, one situated in Tavistock, Devon, and the other in a area between Blandford and Bere Regis, in Dorset.

On Sunday 4th August, I volunteered to be a photographer for the Family Fun Day and Novelty Dog Show held at the MGAR. It was a really beautiful experience and I was honoured to have helped keeping a good memory of this day and I also had the chance to meet and network with some very nice people too.

Here are some of the pictures I took.
